android: Enhances UI for Login & Registration

  • Changed UI following the given prototype
  • Updates UI of Login & Registration Fragments
  • Changed LinearLayout to modern and more re-usable ConstraintLayout

I'll clean up the commented code here and push. Maybe for updating UI of different parts of application we can do in separate MRs(if they ain't related), thoughts?
