Fix Register Screen UI

Describe the bug

On clicking the Register button, the login Screen isn't completely replaced, instead a split view is shown.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch the android application
2. Click the Register button

Expected behavior

A screen that contains UI only for components relevant to user Registration
