Enable User Registration in Irdest Android Application

Unable to register as a new user in the application, also the application gets crashed instead : (

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Navigate to Register Screen from Login one
- Fill the required details and click
Register
Expected behavior
No crashes

Environment:
All versions of android, as this is not implemented correctly in the application codebase, yet.
Additional context
Most probably incorrect linking via FFI.
