netmod-lan Robustness / discovery retries
netmod-lan will terminate / stop trying if the path is not available on startup.
ERROR netmod_lan::socket: failed to multicast frame: could not send packet to [ff02::1312%3]:9001
Even if the multicast send succeeds, it should be repeated because it is an unreliable transmission and new nodes might appear in the network after the initial send. For example if two nodes are started up alone, and are then connected they would not discover each other.
In fact, we could completely get rid of the additional Announcement frames in netmod-lan by sending messages to unknown recipients (with rate-limiting per recipient) to the multicast address, and filling the table by looking at all incoming messages.
