Draft: Adds FFI for ratman core lib

Description

• Moved most of the stuff from ratman/src/bin/ratmand.rs to ratman/src/daemon/mod.rs
• Added ffi for starting daemon and logging.

Alternative(s) considered

• Creation of a new module inside ratman and including ffi stuff in it.
