GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Description

Moved most of the stuff from ratman/src/bin/ratmand.rs to ratman/src/daemon/mod.rs
Added ffi for starting daemon and logging.

Alternative(s) considered

Creation of a new module inside ratman and including ffi stuff in it.
